What does Release Coordination actually mean?

Think of me as your project manager for your music release.  Recording the music is only one part of releasing it. Someone still has to manage the timeline, coordinate collaborators, organize deliverables, keep everyone accountable, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. That's release coordination. I help keep your project moving so you can spend more time creating music—not chasing people, paperwork, or deadlines.
