Education isn't an add-on to our work—it's the foundation of it. Through workshops, university lectures, industry panels, mentorship programs, and organizational leadership, we're committed to helping creators understand the business behind their music before costly mistakes happen.

Whether teaching independent artists, emerging professionals, or future industry leaders, our mission is simple: leave every creator more informed than we found them.

Advocacy

Advocacy isn't separate from my work—it's personal.
As a neurodivergent creative, I’ve experienced firsthand how traditional systems often fail to account for different minds, bodies, needs, and ways of working. That perspective has shaped how I teach, how I build, and how I show up for the creative community.
Through organizations like RAMPD and Grimalkin Records, I advocate for accessibility, disability inclusion, mental health awareness, and more equitable opportunities throughout the music industry. I believe artists shouldn't have to choose between protecting their well-being and pursuing their careers.
Whether I'm helping creators build sustainable systems, speaking about accessibility, or working alongside organizations committed to meaningful change, my goal remains the same: create an industry where more people can participate, thrive, and belong.
Because the future of music should be accessible to everyone.

We're passionate about creating pathways for the next generation through local partnerships, youth programs, and community engagement. From introducing students to careers in music to helping build educational pipelines with schools and nonprofit organizations, we believe investing in people creates lasting change.
