Artist development has dwindled. Encountering many artists and labels who lack a proper foundation,  JYE focuses on artist development and specifically educates them on the music royalty administrative and publishing aspects of the music business.  Creatives, if they so choose, should be able to navigate the industry independently--and be able to succeed. It’s typical for an artist to be encouraged to focus on their art and not the business of the industry, henceforth why  JYE advocates the necessity of having both talent and music business knowledge.
After seeing firsthand the roadblocks creatives face when trying to blossom their career in the music industry, Jai Yoko knew that the only way to close the gap that was preventing artist from success, was to educate them on the foundational business aspects that are typically shadowed in today's music industry.

Our comprehensive suite of services is designed to meet the unique needs of Artists, Producers, Singer-Songwriters, Labels, and Schools/Universities. Our team of industry experts provides one-on-one mentorship and strategic advice to help clients structure and organize their brand and music, devise rollout plans for releasing projects, and manage their publishing administration to ensure they receive proper credit and compensation for their work.
